Axie Bastion
User Terms
These terms apply when you play Axie Bastion on the web or on Android. By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.
The game
Axie Bastion is a free game made for the Axie Vibeathon, a game-building competition run by Sky Mavis. It is offered as an event entry: features, balance and rules may change, progress may be reset, and the game may be paused or closed at any time, including after the competition ends.
Your account
- You can play as a guest, or sign in with a Ronin wallet or a Sky Mavis (Ronin) account to keep your progress across devices.
- You are responsible for your wallet and your sign-in. We never ask for your recovery phrase or private keys; anyone who does is not us.
- Choose a player name that is not offensive, misleading or someone else's. We may rename or remove names that are.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use online services where you live, to play.
Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, tamper with the game or its server, interfere with other players, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours. Matches and runs are checked by the server. We may reset results, remove rewards, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. If you find a bug or a security problem, please report it privately rather than using it.
In-game items and currencies
Moonshards, dust, stones, items, skins and other in-game rewards have no real-world money value. They cannot be bought with real money, and they are not redeemable, refundable or transferable outside the game, except that a stone may be exported as a token on the Ronin testnet. Testnet tokens are for testing only and have no value. We may adjust, rebalance or remove in-game items, for example to fix mistakes or when the game changes.
Your Axies
If you sign in with a wallet that holds Axies, the game reads them from the public Ronin blockchain so you can play with them. The game never moves, sells or changes your Axies or any other asset in your wallet, and basic play never needs a wallet, a purchase or a signature.
Ownership
Axie Infinity, Lunacia, the Axies, their artwork and related names and marks belong to Sky Mavis. The game itself is an entry in the Axie Vibeathon and is subject to that event's rules. You may share screenshots, clips and replays of your own games. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the game or its assets.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress or items will never be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, items or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and significant changes will be announced in the game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
